April Favourites

Monday 4 May 2015

I hope everyone's enjoying the bank holiday weekend! I thought I'd share my April Favourites today which consists of my top five products that I have been loving recently.

Revlon Revlonissimo 45 Days Total Colour Care 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner in Radiant Darks* (275ml, £11.99, link)
Revlon frequently bring it with new makeup releases but I didn't know they did haircare until I was introduced to this.  This is a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner combo which deposits a small amount of pigment with each wash to keep your hair colour looking rich and vibrant.  It's mainly aimed at people who regularly dye their hair, however I've found it to be a brilliant colour booster for my natural dark brown hair.  It comes in about seven different shades and so far, I haven't had any irritation / build up problems with it, just shiny, glossy hair!

Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette (£3.99, link)
This has been my everyday, go-to eyeshadow palette and I just love all of the shades in it.  Lovely soft and blendable formula, great pigmentation and of course every shade is super easy to wear.  See my full review and swatches of it here.

Magnifibres Brush On False Lashes (£16.99, link)
If you like the look of falsies but aren't very good at applying them like I am, then you'll love Magnifibres.  I've been using this for a while and it never disappoints.  You just apply your regular mascara, then layer on a coat of this, apply another coat of your normal mascara, and voila - big lashes!

The Library Of Fragrance Baby Powder Eau De Toilette* (sample size shown - full size is 30ml for £15, link)
The Library of Fragrance never cease to amaze me when it comes to their wonderful and varied range of perfumes.  Each one smells exactly like its namesake and I've been particularly enjoying their Baby Powder scent for Spring.  It's fresh, clean and light, just like the real thing.

Organic Surge Extra Care Radiance Recovery Night Cream* (50ml, £22.50, link)
I've had a couple of very difficult and sleepless nights this past month due to work and upcoming exam stress, so I've been trying to erase some of the visible signs of not getting my full eight hours with this clever night cream.  It sinks in easily, feels lovely on the skin and nourishes it whilst you sleep.  If you want to wake up with a glow, then this is the night cream for you.
